In our Boys Classes, gymnasts will begin to work the Boys Can Gym Program. Focus will now involve using the boys apparatus of pommel, p-bars, and rings. This program continues to develop each athlete’s strength, flexibility and body awareness. Gymnasts will continue to progress through the CanGym levels at their own pace with a focus on progression for more advanced gymnastics skills. It is based on age and not ability level. Coaches will modify activities to make them easier for any new athletes, or more challenging for those who have been in the program before. These are one hour classes.
